A Soul Saved from the Sex Industry

“I’m cleaning out my locker. It’s my LAST night!”

These were the first words we heard from one of our dancers tonight!!

Thank you Jesus!! Hallelujah!!

A soul saved from the sex industry. A woman who was there for 1.5 years, to pay her way through school. And she did it, coming out unscathed! That’s a miracle in and of itself.

She was all smiles as she shared photos of her new family with us. Turns out she got together with one of the bouncers we know from the same club, and he quit weeks ago as well!

And, he has a four year old son, who ASKS to go to church. So they’re going to church!

We all prayed together, and we thanked God for watching over her all this time, for protecting her, and for delivering her.

We prayed blessings and favor over her family and new life. And we celebrated, nearly jumping up and down. She even gave God all the glory! Thank you Jesus!!

Then, we prayed for two more women, talked to a couple more, and prayed over the bouncer at the door.

When we left, we were bubbling over with joy, and made our way to the next club.

There weren’t many girls around in that one, so we prayed through the empty dressing room, and talked to our favorite bartender.

And then, I had a divine encounter with my special dancer I ministered to in the hotel room. My sweet girl.

She had some good things to report as well, and I couldn’t help but leave incredibly hopeful! God is moving!!

He knew we needed these wins tonight. It’s been a heavy few weeks at the clubs, and we needed a good dose of hope.

When Cathy and I showed up this evening, we both actually admitted we nearly didn’t go. We both desperately wanted to stay home, in bed, but we came to support the other. Ha!

We knew straight away who was at play trying to keep everyone from going out tonight so we immediately went into some fierce prayers!!

The Lord filled us up with the fire of Holy Spirit and we walked into those clubs with bold expectancy. And boom! We were greatly rewarded!! Hallelujah!!

Thank you Lord for the fruits of our labor! May we never grow weary of doing good.
